If the kids still live in the original county then the judge will likely keep the case in that county. You have to re-open the case then transfer...

He can file and try to do that however he has zero rights until such time as he enforces them.

the mediation is simple make sure there is someone there with a computer to run the support guidelines and do the correct calculations.

just pay the purge, however to recall the warrant you have to pay the money at the Sheriff Office NOT child support enforcement.
