$278 per month is well within child support range so make it happen it is not going to get any lower.

Yes you can get an order to pay arrears from a 401k etc.

You are better off paying the purge and satisfying the warrant with the sheriff. If you file a motion it will be weeks before you get any type of...

If there is an order from that far back issued by the court then you can enforce it. Do not wait any longer to enforce it.

Child Protective Services has closed my case but are still insisting I receive substance abuse courses as well as therapy.

If there is no FL order and the kids live in DE then FL has no jurisdiction over the case.
