Support is based upon child support guidelines calculations. If she does not work the court may impute minimum wage to her.

Kids do not get to just choose then change an order. they cannot testify and you need more evidence to change the order.

If she is in violation of the agreement then file a motion with the court and set a hearing. You cannot just show up and take the kid.
