Not a wise move. Unless you are in a custody battle infidelity frankly has little bearing on the case.

You have to file a motion for reunification, you should win no problem as grandparents have no rights.

There is no law per se however it is not appropriate to move in the boyfriend before finalizing the divorce, in my opinion.

Most lawyers will not do the case for no money down. Try to locate counsel who will do a payment plan and go after the other side for fees.

You are not married so you cannot get alimony, he does have to pay child support, since not married you can relocate anytime if there are no court...
