Agree Florida Statute Chapter 744.301 clearly states that if not married then you as the mother are the natural guardian.

Yes you can file a petition to terminate his rights however the child support will also end.
Any legal way to stop my husbands mistress to keep coming to my home insult me, threaten me and make me upset at my own house?!
