First you should subpoena his pay records. You do not go to court based upon rumor.

You get relief from the day you file a motion. Unless your ex will agree to stipulate to reduce the support arrears.

Get a certified copy of the order you have. Also file a motion for contempt against your ex, she is violating the order.

You will have to get a lawyer on the case. Sounds like he committed a lot of fraud here. You will have more litigation and more motions to file
