The primary parent gets to claim the child on taxes unless the court order says otherwise, subpoena his IRS returns if you want.

Yes you can do that. You need a lawyer it is a lot of work beyond the "forms"

just pay the support as usual and on time. If you are a 1099 contractor then you work for yourself there is no wage garnishment.

you will lose if you take that position, your have to officially file something with the court to modify the support and the time sharing arrangement.
