What would happen if I refuse to sign for an injunction falsely filed against me? If a process server comes do I have to sign?

You should hire a lawyer to clear this up. A process server can serve you with or without your signature.

If he will not sign than you have to file a new case for step-parent adoption and serve him with a summons.
