As a start up company, John gave me very helpful ideas for helping my business plan. The contract he helped made is very well completed and as able to solve a problem in a short time left me more time for other movement for my business. He is definitely a professional lawyer can help companies well e...stablished and the tips he gave are very valuable for further movement as well.

I've worked with many attorneys from real estate, estate planning, tax, and that sort of thing but until I met John I could not find a good securities attorney at a value. I started my hedge fund about three years ago and finding representation has been a revolving door. Attorneys are "Johnny on the ...spot" until land your business. I find that John knows even more than the "better" attorneys at the larger firms at their exorbitant billing rates. John isn't what I call cheap, but he provides value. If your'e on a budget, he'll allow you to do some of the lifting to offset some cost. As a fund manager, ideally, you let your attorney do ALL the work but that isn't feasible at the stage I'm in - so John makes it work. Also, he often goes beyond the traditional legal advice and gives it to you even though it's unsolicited - marketing, sustainability, lowering future risks, etc. I got to admit, at first, I was somewhat bristled but then found it to be really helpful and value-added since I'm not paying for this extra knowledge per se. I highly recommend John and will follow up with my review(s) as I continue to work with him.

I liked his way of doing business a lot. He solved my needs in a simple, straightforward, easy-to-understand and smart way. He is very creative when your need is not ordinary. My case was about some privacy concerns around a technology startup that I was about to form. He did a pretty good job on it ...and I am definitely satisfied by his work as a client. He understands the needs of technology startups very well and he is able to put himself in their shoes. He is also a tech-savvy person and he is very friendly with working through emails or online, which can save a lot of time. I definitely recommend working with John.
