John Patrick Luskin

John is an amazing attorney, he "went to bat" for me hands down with a new judge. I originally hired another attorney and didn't feel he was doing well so I asked a friend who worked for the federal courts and she recommended John Luskin, I hired him on the spot I liked him that much.! I ended up g...etting probation when I could of received 20.5 years.... amazing attorney, I couldn't of done better no matter what. I recommend him anytime someone asks and he's reasonable on fees too!! My case dealt with child pornographic charges and John knew the law extremely well, was prepared, and will tell it to you like it is, he doesn't candy coat anything, and when you have felony charges the last thing you want is for someone to candy coat the issues at hand. I also had a lot of medical problems and was in the county jail, he was able to get me out on house arrest so I could have access to my medication and doctors, that was a G-D blessing no doubt. If you need a criminal defense attorney, call him immediately!! He's been a cop, a prosecutor and now a defense attorney so he's seen the law at all levels and felt this is the best place to serve. In 2008 I hired Mr. Luskin to become my attorney for two separate felony indictments in Cuyahoga county. If convicted it carried a total of 6 years in prison. Attorney Luskin recommended trial. Due to the fact I have had prior felony convictions and served prison time in the past. He then tried my c...ase in a Bench trail in front of a fair Judge who had lots of respect for Luskin. The felony charges were reduced to simple misdemeanor charges in our verdict. I received Court cost and probation for 1 year and no (Prison time)! Thanks John you were prepared had facts case law and weren't bullied by the prosecution. He won't fail you understands disabled people and has a heart of gold.
