slow and uninformed

i have only spoken to this guy once when we first opened my case after being approached by another gentleman at the hospital where i was being treated for my injuries which i later found out is illegal. its been 6 years still no results. no matter how many times i update my address they still send th...e papers to old addresses. his office staff is clueless and helpless. this guys sucks please dont use him. no big shock he is highlighted in red for misconduct.
