John Greuner

He was hired to handle my mothers estate in December 2015. Since then I have spoke to him once in April, when he apologized and said my case must have slipped through the cracks. He then said he would file for a court date ASAP. Since then I have been unable to reach him by phone, email or in person.... He is office is always closed. His voicemail is full. he does not respond to email. He does not have any upcoming court date set in the Tarrant County Probate System. So he has not filed for me or anyone else. I paid him to do a service and he has not done anything.

My sister and I were tasked with taking care of some estate matters for our ailing father. We were very excited that Mr. Greuner came into his office on the Friday after Christmas especially to meet with us because we are on a very tight timeline to get his affairs in order. He seemed fairly knowledg...eable but needed to do some more research on several of the items that we discussed and he ensured us that he would email us with his findings. He also recommended that we hire him to complete a more effective power of attorney for us. We never received the follow up email after our appointment and despite several calls, messages with his secretary and voicemails on his personal cell phone he never contacted us back. We also left messages asking for the new power of attorney which also went unanswered. We are in a very tight spot because he has been completely unreliable. I was very disappointed with his behavior after our initial meeting because we relied on him and paid him $200 for an initial consultation (which we never received the results of).
