In fact, the form does not include citations. It requires disclosure of arrests and detentions only.

You should be able to come in as a tourist, but don't go to school. Having said that, the officer might question your intent.
If I was ten printed at the consulate where I applied for my f1 visa. Does all my information appear when my visa is scanned?
