What I would do is send what you have plus get 3 sworn affidavits from persons who can attest you were here in 2010. I'm in Pasadena and can help...

You can't get citizenship until you get a green card. If you came in the US illegally, you need to go home to adjust which will trigger a 10 year...

If you grew up here and went to school here, you might be eligible for deferred action. It's better than nothing. I've done many of those cases...

If the H1B is in process, as you say, you can't transfer it. And, you may not start working ahead of time.
