Joel Ernest Richardson

Mr. Richardson’s primary practice is in international commercial arbitration and cross-boarder litigation. Mr. Richardson has extensive experience in arbitration administered by a wide variety of institutions including ICC, LCIA, SIAC, HKIAC, KCAB and AAA as well as ad hoc arbitrations.

Mr. RIchardson advises clients on a broad range of litigation matters in the United States and Korea. Prior to joining Kim & Chang, Mr. Richardson practiced commercial litigation with Arnold & Porter LLP in Washington, D.C. and New York, where he gained extensive experience in all phases of litigation in federal and state trial and appellate courts.
