Dear Readers, This attorney took fees from me toward H1B appication and never worked on my application. He made false promises that he was an expert in immigration law and can easily get one approved for H1B. However, in reality did not even know what the filing fees were at that time let alone t...he procedures and necessary paper work that needed to be attached along with the application. In short, he took about $ 4,000 from me and did not deliver any services there were tons of lies and total misrepresentation. In my attempt to ask for an update he angrily told me that immigration called him saying that they will refund my premium processing fee, and when he gets that money then he will return it back to me... I never received any money. He left my application abandoned and kept the entire fee in his pocket including all the portions of different fees. Application abandonment was not brought to my attention. He stole my hard earned legal status. I wrote to Freedom of Information act to request a copy to see what was filed on my behalf and the copy I received from them showed me all that he failed to do and leaving application abandoned. PLEASE DO NOT HIRE HIM FOR YOUR OWN SAFETY. I have been cleaning up the mess he created all around my life and its on going since the past 5 years. I am certain there are many out there who have been scamed my him. Do not hesitate to contact me in this regards.
