Joe Southers has broad experience handling and trying complex cases involving serious personal injuries. Joe has represented plaintiffs and defendants in cases involving insurance bad faith, insurance coverage, professional malpractice, product liability, breach of contract, construction litigation, and catastrophic vehicular and industrial has represented his clients’ interests in jury trials throughout Idaho and is committed to working with clients to address their needs with a strategic, problem-solving approach to provide them with high-caliber advocacy, while always prioritizing their needs.
Joe began his law career at a mid-sized insurance defense firm in Boise, where he independently handled a heavy caseload of insurance defense and coverage lawsuits.
