I just wanted to take a moment to say how much I appreciate Joe. I've had several public defenders over the years, and he has been my favorite by far. He's personable, kind, and takes the time to explain everything clearly—not just to me, but to my family as well. He's always quick to respond, mak...es me feel heard, and has consistently shown that he genuinely cares about both me and my case. His professionalism, communication, and support have made a difficult situation much easier to get through.
