I am sorry that this client was unhappy but without more information, I cannot address his or her grievances. I can say that very few people are happy when they get divorced and most people do not get much of what they want in a divorce because what people want and what the law allows are often at polar opposites. There are no winners in a divorce. Just two people who now to lick their wounds and move forward with their lives in a way they did not expect. I do not know who this client is and no one expressed any displeasure as their case was progressing. If they had, the issues would have been addressed immediately. I am mostly sorry that this person claims to have been unhappy during representation but made no mention of it to me. Perhaps if they said something at the time they would not be so unhappy with the outcome. Again, it grieves me to hear anyone is unhappy and I truly wish something was said or done while the case was ongoing so this could have been avoided.
