Jessica Lynn Rapp Sparkman

Jessica is truly a rising star in the family law field. Originally from Dayton, Ohio, Jessica graduated from the University of Kentucky with a degree in Journalism. She got her law degree from Capital University in Columbus Ohio with a concentration in Family Law and Child Welfare and Adoption Law.

While in still in Law School, Jessica interned with the National Center for Adoption Law and Policy. She took an active role in an on-going effort to enact legislation and modify current laws making the adoption process safer and more effective for the children being adopted.

Jessica has worked as an Associate Attorney for Goldsberry & Associates, PLLC since 2014 where she handles all Family Law cases such as divorce, custody, child support and C.P.S. as well as adoptions. She is building her practice with a focus on advocating for children.

Jessica relocated from Ohio with her husband, Ian who works for Marathon Petroleum Company in Texas City. She is pleased to be representing clients and children on the Texas Gulf Coast where families play such an important role in the culture and community.
