Having worked for many small businesses and now a small business owner myself, I understand firsthand the challenges that business owners face when trying to balance budgets and responsibilities. 

However, as many businesses know, the largest part of overhead and most legal liability comes as a result of having employees. For these reasons, I have built a practice model to help educate small to midsize business owners and their management staff about the various government agencies, state and federal laws that affect their business and their employees, while working to accomodate owner's budget limitations and management's time constraints.
