Jeremy Joseph Domozick

Mr. Domozick was originally hired by my property manager to handle a case for damages and back rent from a former tenant. After many continuances, during the eventual sit down with the tenants, he kept trying to get me to reduce the amount of money they owed me, saying they would contest. They fina...lly agreed to the full amount, judgment was entered. He stated that their wages would be garnished. Three months later, after hearing nothing, he told me that it would take 6 months to get something returned. Having worked in payroll since 1987, I knew this not to be true. I waited three months longer to contact him again. He did not respond to phone calls, emails, or regular mail. Come to find out, he has never filed for garnishment. Essentially he walked out of court that day and never did anything else. Now in order to file myself, I have to pay filing and serving fees on both tenants IF I can figure out where they live and work. The law firm he worked with prior to going out on his own was also unable to reach him to inquire as to the status of the case since he started under them.
