Jennifer Schoonmaker Smith

Jennifer seemed inexperienced. She did not add much value to my case. My photos were her case. She was actually shaking while sitting in court. She did not challenge objections, she let the opposing attorney enter whatever they wanted into evidence (she had that much confidence in my photos), and she... did not question when the opposing attorney objected to entering my photos (my case) as evidence. The opposing attorney claimed that my photos had not been provided in response to the interrogatories (that did not even request them). Neither the Judge nor my attorney checked the validity of such an important claim. The photos should have been permitted as evidence. She did not seem to care much about the outcome, in a "well, we tried, it is over" way. The Judge ruled to allow someone to effectively steal about $10K from me. No big deal... to her.
