Jennifer Ann Gretz Ryan

I have a diverse legal background that includes litigation, investigation, training development, and policy development. I have prosecuted all types of felony offenses with particular emphasis on prosecuting crimes of violence and sexual assaults committed against women and children.

I was an Enforcement Attorney for the Ohio Division of Securities, defending Ohioans against companies and individuals who, for their financial gain, might seek to take advantage of Ohioans through the complicated and often confusing securities laws. For over seventeen years, I have also proudly served our country by providing legal services for members of the Armed Forces.

Throughout my professional career, I have handled a myriad of legal matters including: criminal justice, Uniformed Services Employment and Reemployment Rights Act ("USERRA"), Servicemembers Civil Relief Act ("SCRA"), estate planning, intelligence law, contract formation and review, administrative law, consumer law, labor law, fiscal law, ethics law, land use and annexation, and personnel policy development. I have developed and conducted training on topics such as conducting investigations, personnel policies, administrative actions, criminal justice, USERRA, SCRA, and estate planning.
