We chose Ms. Rice to represent us for a child custody case, and her office not only did not let us know about critical changes to the case when they happened, but was also unresponsive to calls and emails. After a long email saying how disappointed we were with the lack of communication, we received... an email from Ms. Rice saying that she apologized and would get back to us the next day. However, 2 1/2 weeks went by before we gave up and requested the rest of our retainer back. We wasted a lot of time and money and had to start the process over with someone else, which was very costly. I would not recommend her services.
