Ms. Bell took on our extremely difficult case this last year. We had been through a few different lawyers who didn't seem to quite understand all the complex details and one of the lawyers even made us feel like we wouldn't have a chance to win the case. Ms. Bell made us feel like we had a chance to... get custody and move through with our adoption. She not only was willing to reach out to other lawyers for advice or suggestions, she kept us up to date with everything that was going on. She was very involved and listened to what we were telling her in regards to our family, our needs and our story. Even though our case isn't complete just yet, I feel confident in her ability to see this through.

I was referred to this particular law group through a high school friend of mine who had relocated to the North Carolina area. Sadly, my father passed away very unexpectedly & although he was living in Virginia at the time, had an ownership interest in property in NC & a Guardian appointed in NC. I w...as his named Executor, living in California, & his desire was to be buried in Utah next to his father. In short, a very complicated estate matter in which Ms. Bell, whom I respected from my first initial 30 minute consultation, has been very patient, professional, knowledgeable and helpful in navigating through the complex issues throughout this process since early February. And, it's not over yet.... She's very responsive and always gets back to me within a minimum ..the same day, and a most a day, whenever I have had any questions. I had consulted with a few estate attorneys previously & due to their demeanor, abruptness and/or my impression that they were just in it for the fast, easy buck, I did not select them for this sensitive job. While I do understand that this is a specialized field and an attorney deserves to be paid, this is my father's life we are talking about. And, although he is no longer here, his final affairs deserve to be handled with dignity, grace and understanding within the law, all of which I believe that Ms. Bell exhibits. I would recommend her to others with estate needs without a doubt.
