I contacted Mr. Weinberg when I felt a team of attorneys I had weren’t doing enough I paid him to enter his appearance but after he researched the case and spoke to the DA two Different times he gave me my options and gave me the best advice he could give me He was honest and forthright he Could’ve ...taken my money but warned me that the outcome might be no different than the attorneys I had. He could’ve kept my money and prolonged things.But felt the outcome Would’ve resulted in the same penalty laid before me. He return my money and his sincere heartfelt apology for what we are going through.

Jeffrey reached out to my fiance who is currently in Washington County Prison, he told him he specifically deals with cases like his so we reached out immediately. I paid him 300 for a pre lim which nothing happened. Met again a month later with his wife because he was unable to meet me for payment o...f 500 for legal services. He failed to show up to his hearing blaming the DA for sending info to a public defender then telling someone else he wasn't there because there was no hearing. He will not answer my calls or texts I have to call from other numbers. He will not even see my fiance in prison to speak with Him. when I told him I want my money back he hung up on me and began having an argument via text. Very unprofessional and rude in my opinion. I wouldn't do business with this man unless you have money to throw away. Also every receipt received was on a plain or notebook paper. I am still awaiting my money.

my husband was in the acj on a bond revokation and had been for a week. he had a public defender and NOBODY could or would tell him when he would see a judge.Now the crappy part to this is this all happened over being 9 minutes late to court.Mr Weinberg came to see someone else entirely and when he h...eard my husbands story he went to him and told him he was going to see the judge personally in the morning.he thought it was so crappy that he did it for next to no money.As i have 7 kids and and my breadwinners locked up its almost as if he was sent by an angel....not to sound corny.But only a caring person wouldve did what he did and WOW does he know the law!!!!!!
