Jeffrey Marc Hamberger

I was threatened with a malicious defamation suit from a government employee I had reported for misuse of government resources. Because I did not work at the same government agency as the employee I did not fall under any whistleblower protection clauses. Jeffrey took my case and really listened to a...ll the details of what had transpired (including the fact that I was illegally terminated from a nonprofit organization in retaliation for reporting this employee). He explained to me after examining all the facts that I did in fact have a counter suit if I wanted one. He then respected my wishes to just "make it go away." He wrote the most articulate, detailed letter to the other party's attorney stating my defense against their claims and in a Perry Mason move, stated what claims I could bring against them.
