He Helped Guide Me to the Proper Authorities

On May 10th I spoke with Mr. Daybell concerning a wrongful eviction from BYU housing due to my mental disability. He helped me understand my case and where I stood legally. In addition he also directed me to contact the Disability Law Center as well as a reputable reporter, Ms. Knox, concerning what ...had happened. During the conversation Mr. Daybell was quite professional and assured me that I would not be judged for my mental disability, which was a huge comfort since I have experienced severe bullying for my disability from others in the past. He spoke with me courteously and treated me as a person suffering adversity, rather than just a nameless case as others might have. At the end of our conversation I thanked him for his help to which he responded humbly and assured me that there are kind hearted attorneys at the People's Legal Aid willing help college students who have been mistreated by their landlord. It was a pleasure speaking with him and I have confidence that I will receive help for my case in the future.?

Amazing!

Jeffrey is AMAZING! I was facing an eviction and he was so educated and helped me very quickly and gave me an even better deal than I was hoping for! Highly recommend him!

Life Saver

I can’t even express how great full I am to Mr Maybell. I called him as a last resort because I was having a pressing eviction matter that needed to be responded to by the end of the workday. Mr. Maybell took on our case even though he is swamped in cases. He reviewed our documentation within a few ...hours and negotiated a last minute settlement that was so much more acceptable than what we were offered. If you have issues with a landlord, Mr. Maybell will get you the best possible outcome.

Great experience

Jeff Daybell was assigned to help me with my eviction case and he was professional, responsive and worked extremely hard to get me the best possible outcome. I am so thankful for all of the assistance and support I received both during my hearing and in weeks after, when I needed additional assistanc...e. Eviction Process

I called legal aid to try to get advice on an eviction situation and they connected me with Jeff. He was very helpful and kind. Gave me some helpful hints to protect myself in the situation. Very professional. Would definitely re recommend him to anybody needing a paid lawyer.
