Eviction Process
I called legal aid to try to get advice on an eviction situation and they connected me with Jeff. He was very helpful and kind. Gave me some helpful hints to protect myself in the situation. Very professional. Would definitely re recommend him to anybody needing a paid lawyer.
"Jeff is a fantastic human and his legal representation reflects that. He works hard to provide the best possible outcome for clients and is willing to go the extra-mile if that is what it takes. He is innovative in his approach to law and is always finding new ways to advocate on behalf of his clients. He is highly regarded by many members of the legal community and is truly someone I look up to and learn from daily."
"Jeff is a great guy and I look up to him as a leader in the legal community. He is proactive in finding positive and creative solutions for his clients. His creativity expands beyond his own client base to provide access to justice to underserved populations as he is the Founder of Peoples Legal Aid, a nonprofit organization in Utah. His positive vibes and general good will reverberate back to benefit him in his own private practice, and by extension, his clients."
"Our office regularly works with Jeff Daybell's office as opposing counsel. Jeff represents his clients well but is also professional and good to work with. Jeff is willing to be reasonable and work toward a resolution that benefits both sides."
"Jeff is a tremendous lawyer. He did my family’s estate plan and I’ve referred clients to him frequently. He is caring and careful. I can’t recommend him highly enough."
"Jeff is an amazing advocate for all of his clients. His work for those facing eviction and in vulnerable circumstances is an asset to the community. Jeff is the kind of person and attorney that is easy to recommend. Whether in his estate planning practice or his low and pro bono in the community, Jeff provides personal and caring representation."
"Jeff has a way of connecting with people and putting them at ease. He is very knowledgeable and always learning. He is skilled at finding creative solutions for all of his clients."
"I've had the privilege of to volunteering with Jeff to represent people facing eviction through the Utah bar. Now that Jeff has started his own firm and non-profit, I am excited to the difference he will make in out community. I've rarely met an attorney so diligent. Honestly, I don't know when the guy sleeps. I'm glad to be acquainted with such as excellent attorney and fellow veteran."
