In your Will state that you want the property sold and the proceeds divided. It is a good idea to have an attorney prepare the Will.

So you want a doctor to treat you with out knowing all your medical history? Then you could sue him for malpractice if he prescribed something...

Since you have not indicated who the "et.als." were, his siblings or his children or other people...you should take the Deed to an attorney.

If somebody else's name is on the Deed, that person(s) gets. If not, the property goes into the Estate, and wife get 1/3 of the total estate.
