If he agrees it is uncontested, you can do it yourselves. Go to your Circuit Court and ask for the forms. If he does not agree, consult a lawyer.

You should see a lawyer in your county. It is a relatively simple procedure done in the Circuit Court and does not usually require a hearing.

Open an Estate and get Letters of Administration or have one of your other siblings do it. Then the matter can be investigated

See your ophthalmologist or neurologist first. If you get a letter saying that you need the extra tinting, then see a lawyer.
