Absolutely irresponsible. Do not use. Your traffic ticket will be found guilty either way, simply because they will forget to go to court for you. After the court date, nobody will call you to tell you the result until you call yourself. I guess it’s OK for them if you will drive with a suspended dri...vers license, because they simply completely forgot about you and they don’t care. All they need is money upfront. And then they have two very nasty women who answered a phone, they clearly have no skills to speak with people at all. What was they do put you on hold for five minutes and then tell you that they just checked the DMV site and based on that information they see that it’s found guilty. I can use the same website and see it for myself. And when you ask to speak with an attorney, they give you a huge attitude, telling you to call by 5 PM meanwhile they close at 5 PM lol. Bunch of crooks.

I live in Massachusetts and was visiting some friends in NY when I was pulled over and received a ticket for mobile device use. I had my phone in my hand looking at the GPS and unfortunately a cop pulled next to me and saw me. I was recommended a lawyer by my friend however she did not cover Queens a...nd her office recommended Mr. Gellman to me. I called his office and at first his receptionist was nice enough. She explained the process and everything to me. I hired him to represent my case however once I hired him there was minimum to no communication. I spoke mainly to his receptionist and maybe other employees and they were all very rude and not helpful at all. After my 2nd court hearing Mr. Gellman's office refused to tell me anything and instead the receptionist told me she will leave a message for Mr. Gellman to call me back. I followed up a few times and was told the same message that they will have Mr. Gellman follow up with me which he never did. I became extremely frustrated and eventually fired Mr. Gellman due to the lack of communication and professionalism by his him and his employees. Ironically after I had fired Mr. Gellman his employees started to communicate with me about my case and told me I had to pay a bond by the end of the day. I was extremely confused as I had fired Mr. Gellman and hired a new attorney. The new attorney told me they spoke with Mr. Gellman's office and for some reason they felt the need to communicate with me when after my 2nd court date they refused to communicate with me and told me they would have Mr. Gellman contact me. Anyways please save your time and money and hire a more qualified attorney.

If I could give him a zero star rating then I would. I used him before for a few tickets but he seems now that him and his staff just don't really care anymore. His staff is rude and difficult to deal with. My license is suspended now because they claimed they never received the check I mailed to the...m. This has been a complete crap show. My advice is to look for someone more professional and capable.

I gave him 3 Moving Violation One of 2014 ,another 2015 . 2014 already i passed 18 month over ,2015 One of ticket writing Mistake by Cops thatswhy that one dismissed by Court 2015 Another One Passed 18 Month so i Get Back My point but My personal Assessment He can't fight for his client otherwise Ult...imately 2 Tickets court decided I'm guilty Fortunately I get back my point . after hearing date every time i called them than getting news/information About my hearing .They're too much Unprofessional too . When i went fist time they're behavior & After Case related Behavior not similar . i suggest dont go there
