Javier Gonzalez

Javier is a native Texan and has represented clients in the Dallas Fort Worth Metroplex, all around Texas and across the United States for over twenty years.

He graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree with a double major in Government and History from the University of Texas at Austin in 1997. Javier then attended St. Mary's University School of Law. While in law school Javier studied abroad in Austria at the University of Innsbruck. Javier also clerked at the law offices of a prominent Texas personal injury trial attorney.

Graduating from law school in 2000, Javier moved to Dallas and has lived there ever since. He has represented clients in catastrophic injury and wrongful death cases and litigated motor vehicle accident, 18 wheeler/tractor-trailer, construction injury accident, premises liability, toxic tort and product liability cases.

Javier has had the privilege and responsibility of serving as lead trial counsel in multiple cases and has helped successfully litigate hundreds of lawsuits on behalf of clients against some of the biggest Fortune 500 corporate entities and insurance companies who have been represented by some of the largest law firms in the nation.

Javier has represented clients in various state and federal jurisdictions such as Texas, California, Vermont, Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Florida, Alabama, Louisiana, Arkansas, Oregon, West Virginia, and Nevada.

Javier and his wife live in Old East Dallas and enjoy traveling when possible. Javier is an avid science fiction fan and enjoys collecting vintage comic books in his spare time. Javier and his wife are both avid Texas Rangers and Dallas Cowboys fans! Javier was born and raised in San Antonio and is a lifelong San Antonio Spurs fan.
