All manner of appeals in state and federal courts, including appeals to court from government agency decisions and from arbitration decisions.

Commercial litigation, fraud, breach of contract, defamation, product liability, employment issues, qui tam, and suits against government or its agencies. As an appellate lawyer, my role is usually to help shape the legal issues and arguments in the trial court, by helping with briefing on motions to dismiss, motions for summary judgment, drafting jury charges, etc.
