Disorderly conduct is a low level crime. Punishable up to $150 fine plus court costs. Or you could fight the charge.

Assuming you are the civil defendant, they will get a default judgment and will start collecting on the debt.

Disorderly conduct is a low level crime. It is on your record unless you get it expunged. If eligible, you can expunge it after a year.

Unlikely to be theft, but you never know. It should be considered a civil matter. Why not report the theft and give them a copy?
