Mr. Jonca do not return phone calls he also don't tell you the true about you case. I have a case with him to the date which he said was closed in June 2011 with no knowledge to myself, last phone call we had I told him that I would not take a settlement for medical because my doctor said I might ha...ve to have surgery well Mr. Jonca did not like that so well. I asked Mr. Jonca about my pain suffering and he told me that would have to be settle after the medical. Well I continue to call Mr. Jonca about the medical bills he would not take no phone calls from me. He would have his associate to call when I asked about the pain and suffering I was told that the both vehicles insurance had collapse which was not true after taking in the prove to him I could never speak with him. I e-mail Mr. Jonca to let him know that yes I would have to have surgery and the doctor office need to speak with him. Email me back and said he spoke with them which was not true.

I have had a case with this attorney for over a year and I am still wainting to find out if the person that hit me has any insurance... I was already recieving my wages and hosehold benifits prior to sighning with him... because of his lack of paperwork those hav now stopped.. I was better off withou...t this guy and his rude office staff. If you are looking for an attorney..run the other way.. I referred tow other peolple to himand did not even get a thank you note... stupid me...Needless to say i lost those long time friends

I hired Jason to handle a probate case when my mother passed away. I have done most of the work myself, as he is not responsive, cancels meeting, does not return phone calls or emails. The one correspondence I got from him was a TEXT MSG! Can you believe that, a lawyer who texts to say he has laryngi...tis and can't talk to me! It has been over a year and a half since the case started, he has only been to court once to file with the circuit court, and he didn't even do that himself he sent a runner. I have had to gather documents, get affidavits myself from my family members, follow the case on the court's website just to get updates. I have paid in advance so now I am out $1500. I have requested an itemized statement from him for my taxes, to show what services he performed, and he won't even provide that statement because he didn't do any work and he doesn't keep records.

This was the most horrific legal experience of my life. Jason was most unprofessional. Had appts. with me I made it there, he didn't and didn't call to reschedule. Went the following day, I arrived on time and he wasn't there. He was picking his children up from school. Didn't return pertinent phon...e calls to the opposing lawyer to meet with my son and my case was hours from being dismissed. Gave me the incorrect court date. Sent an associate and didn't call to tell me that's what he was doing. Total stress for me, I needed a lawyer that was there for me as the client. Too much money spent for no work done other then being nosy on a prior case, and filing a form with the court, which he didn't do himself, he had an "associate" do it. Maybe he's too young, not sure, but before you take the lives of others in your hands that are supposed to trust you, KNOW WHAT YOU ARE DOING. Someone with children of their own, this is quite troubling to me. Think about this Jason.. You did me wrong
