I went to Jason with property/financial issues involving my aging sister with Alzheimer's. Jason provided many different options to assist me with her property, finances, Will, POA, etc. His knowledge and ability to explain in layman's terms is superb. He was always so patient, kind, helpful, and too...k the time to explain everything. After completing many documents for my sister, my wife and I returned to Jason for Wills, POA, Medical Directives, etc. for us and again were more than pleased and thankful for his service.

I worked with Jason setting up several trust funds and found him to be extremely knowledgeable and always responded promptly to my emails or telephone calls. The Bond Law Firm prepared my parent's Will years ago. The Will was placed in a safe place and pretty much forgotten for approximately twenty years as life went on. Then things began to fall apart. Mama became terminally ill and passed away. Before Dad had a chance to probate mom's will,... he had an accident and broke his hip. As we all know hip replacements at 90 yrs. of age don't always have happy endings. Just nine months after Mom passed, my dad was gone too. During the time before my father's passing, I was in a quandary regarding what needed to be done since I had little experience in probating a will.
