Hello Ernest, I am sorry to hear about your negative experience. It is always my intention to provide legal advice that is considerate and realistic based on the circumstances. In your specific case we attended multiple hearings and had difficulty serving your ex because we had no updated information for her. Further, we were not hired to change custody, only to enforce the time you were give which was only phone access and no in-person visits. As we discussed this meant that you would be forcing your ex to get your daughter on the phone for a few months and then nothing else would be enforced after that. We kept you informed the entire time and worked to find a solution. It is unfortunate that there was no better options here.
