Clients have included life insurance companies and subsidiaries, investment banks, hedge funds, broker-dealers and wealth management companies, financial advisors, closely held corporations, and many publicly traded Fortune ranked companies, in a myriad of disputes before FINRA and in U.S. District Court.

Practice is focused on litigation needs for corporations, financial industry clients, financial advisors, and broker-dealers. I co-counsel at mediations and arbitrations before the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA); I serve as outside co-counsel for a variety of corporations and business entities regarding imminent or pending litigation relating to commercial contract disputes, protection of trade secrets and business goodwill, and enforcement of non-competition agreements.
