Janyce Lynn Fink

I was referred to Ms. Fink by another client of hers. When I first met with Janyce I had some very serious legal problems that felt uncontrolable. After meeting with her, I left feeling protected and that she would be able get the situation under control. I was not disappointed. Ms. Fink worked ve...ry hard to protect my interests while dealing with an extremely difficult opposing attorney and opposing party. Janyce was agressive when she needed to be but able to quickly identify issues that were not important - and then resolve all of them. She also made it very clear to me that my case needed to be important to me and I needed to work closely with her to ensure that she had all the necessary facts to win my case. I Met Ms. Fink this summer while involved in a very complicated real estate transaction. I found her to be fair, unbiased and quick to simplify complex scenerios so that average Real Estate Investors like me without a background in Real Estate Law could quickly get up to speed and make sound decision...s. I think besides being a good Lawyer what makes Ms. Fink special is she is a good person with a clear understanding of what makes sense and what does not. Her judgement and advice was sound and she can be depended on to get things done when no one else can.
