I am a plaintiff attorney and the founder of O'Brien Law, LLC. My primary practice areas focus on mass torts, Multi-District Litigation (MDL), class actions, business litigation and general litigation.
I am involved in the local Toledo community by teaching as an instructor at Lourdes University in the College of Business and Leadership. I also contribute to the Toledo, Ohio law community through the Toledo Bar Association, Lucas County Bar Association, and the American Inns of Court. I am a Board Member for Ohio Association for Justice and a Public Interest Committee Member for the American Association for Justice.
