Exceptional.

Andy is an exceptional Lawyer. My divorce would not have been as smooth. He really explained and took initiative to represent me and my case to the fullest. It was a positive experience. I will recommend him to anyone. Thank you Andy for being so elite at what you do.

Kind, Reliable, Determined.

Andy has been amazing from the very beginning. He listened to my full story. He really paid attention. We discussed what needed to be done. How I wanted things to go. What needed to be prioritized in my case. He answered his phone every time I needed him to and was there for me. Regularly checked up ...on me and my son. I couldnt have asked for a more trustworthy and reliable lawyer to be by my side. I will be trusting Andy from now on. He was respectful and kind, reminding me of all the positive in every situation. I really felt like I finally had a lawyer who actually heard me and heard where my heart was; down to earth and relatable. No one else has compared. I couldnt be more grateful to have a trusted counsel like him.

poor communication

I came back from overseas with my young son to my wife who was living with her parents in Arkansas and needed help because I didn't know the area. When I brought him back to her, She had immediately filed an exparte and because I am short of funds and was not sure what to do, I personally filed an an...swer to her divorce. I hired Andy because I thought that he would follow my answer to my complaint and get results. He would hardly ever return my phone calls but would email me angrily exaggerating how many times I tried to call him by leaving messages with his lawyer. He told me that he would work with me on the retainer , but when I needed him most to know if we could have a continuance of the hearing that week, he emailed me saying that he wouldn't do anything unless I sent him another $1000 retainer, so I asked for the continuance myself. This made him very angry and told me that he was quitting leaving me high and dry but it appeared that he was going to quit from a previous email . I don't believe I was told the full answer as to why he quit and my situation has been much worse other than the hearing being held off. It appears from our emails that he was sharing too much information and made a comment about my parenting skills that obviously showed that he was believing too much from the other lawyer. Now I have to spend a lot more money finding another lawyer and he has threatened a judgement against me if I don't pay him more money. He has not shown to me how he used up the retainer that I originally sent him and asked for it several times.

Over Budget / Fired him

We had an agreement for a certain amount that could be spent and he went over budget with out consulting me and then started sending me demand letters wanting to put a lien on everything. Telling me that I was lying and not telling him everything even thou he was told and he did not remember. I fir...ed him and he sent a motion to the court saying he was removing himself due to me not paying and withholding info.
