Clemency hearing

bad experience
i had a bad experience with this lawyer, he tried to keep me in fear the whole time he represented me kept forewarning of how expensive the fee for could get if i wouldn't settle to a lessor fine , then he switched his rate after i won the case. felt like i was playing three card molly with a bunch ...

Replied last August 16, 2013I gave a full analysis of this case to the client and I gave what I believe in my best opinion was a decision that I would reccommend. However, the client wanted a trial and I did my absolute best in the trial. This included cross examination of the witness that brought out facts that then led to a Not guilty verdict. Also, I was able to get this verdict without offereing the client to testify. I never brought in race or anything of such and this disppoints me.
