I retained the law firm of Cunningham and Lansden to represent me for an accident I had at an intersection in Sacramento. The other side had run a red light and struck my car as I went through the intersection. When the police arrived the person who hit me claimed that I had run the red light. Th...e officer did not bother to look around for any witnesses. So when I got the police report the officer said that he could not say which party was at fault since each of us said that the other person had run the red light. The other driver’s insurance company refused to pay any damages so I contacted several other attorneys but they all declined the case on the phone and would not even give me an appointment. I then called Cunningham & Lansden and spoke with Mr. Cunningham. He had me come into his office and after I told him what happened he said he believed in me and he took the case. He did some investigation and was able to come up with a witness who agreed with my side of the facts. Mr. Cunningham has a great team of people working with him and he was able to make a very good settlement for me with the other person’s insurance company. I was very pleased with the treatment I got from Mr. Cunningham and all the people at his firm and would highly recommend him.
