Replied last April 27, 2025I aggressively fight for all my clients, but lawyers are not magicians; we do what we are paid to do--which is to obtain the best possible outcome. For a person with little criminal history it is typically very simple to get bond or release or recognizance. For a person with a long history of fleeing and evading for example, it is extremely difficult or impossible to convince a judge and state attorney that the person will not simply flee again when released. There are never any guarantees of a particular outcome but I do zealously represent clients and fight for the best possible outcome.
