Clients use this form of bankruptcy to achieve a real fresh start. Most cases are completed in less than 6 months. Most debts are discharged completely, including credit card and medical debt. This is often referred to as the "Repayment Bankruptcy" and lasts from 3-5 years. Clients use this form of bankruptcy if they need to catch up on their home or vehicles, to get relief if they have some income available to pay creditors, or if they have recently filed a Chapter 7. Caring and Painless Process

Jacqui did an excellent job with my bankruptcy case. Having lost my job, bills and other medical debts were drowning me and my family. There was just no other alternative for survival than to file Chapter 7. Jacqui was compassionate and understanding, and never made me feel less than a capable huma...n being. There is a lot of stigma surrounding bankruptcy, but Jacqui was there to be understanding and to lend a helping hand. She guided me effortlessly through the process and took care of everything perfectly. I would absolutely recommend her to anyone.

Extrememly nice and helpful

Jacqui is great! She makes you feel comfortable and helps you understand the whole process of the legal proceedings. I retained her for a bankruptcy case, and she explained everything up front in detail, and even drew a road map/timeline that I could refer to later. She politely responded to my numer...ous emails and never made me feel like I was asking stupid questions (although I'm sure I was!) She also explained the different possible situations we could encounter and how we could handle each one. I felt intimidated and overwhelmed by the whole process prior to working with Jacqui. I was relieved to know that she was competent in bankruptcy law and would keep my best interests in mind. I would definitely recommend her to anyone looking for a bankruptcy attorney.
