Other than having three different case managers that slowed my case to a crawl, and speaking to the attorney ONCE to convince me to stay instead of finding another attorney (which I'm kicking myself for not following my gut), he comingled two compl...etely unrelated car accident cases to where he refused to give me the settlement for the first case that settled until the other case settled. The one case has been settled for six months now. I contacted the office to explain that I'm being evicted and that my part of the settlement, approximately $15,000, would keep me and my family from being homeless. He's asking for $500,000 for the unresolved claim, but because he used the same bills for both cases, even though they were different injuries and I had brought up my concerns about doing so, now his office is telling me there is nothing that can be done until both cases are settled, which at this pace, could be more than a year. I should have kept the case. Now I have to find a new attorney and a homeless shelter. Way to treat your clients.
