Jack David Speranza

I'm the founder and CEO of Main Street Ventures, an organization dedicated to building and growing strong, independent small businesses.  Working with small business owners over the past several years underscored the dire need for simple, affordable, and results-oriented legal services.  So I recently founded ZENLegal as a solution.   

My professional career has spanned business, technology and law.  I worked with the insurance industry for many years handling high-exposure liability claims, most involving disputes over insurance coverage, professional liability (legal and other types of professional malpractice), or catastrophic personal injury.  I'm also a technology geek (was programming software in high school before the term "personal computer" existed), and have worked with several technology startups in a variety of roles.

My experience as an attorney has been an excellent tool for building successful businesses.  And my experience building companies has been an excellent tool for delivering results-driven legal services.  So while we help clients with specific problems or transactions, our real value lies in the relationships we create and our focus on helping clients seize opportunities.  If that's the kind of relationship you want, I welcome you to give me a shout.
