This attorney has not communicated with anyone regarding our son’s case. We met at the initial hearing and last thing he told my wife is to call if you have any questions. We have called him and his office at least 8 times over the past 60 days. No response yet! He has yet to talk to my stepson eith...er. 60 days, no response, no effort to reach out. No communication whatsoever. We are all about justice and support the system but with people like this guy it is easy to see why so many people have little to no faith in the court system. Guys like this give a black eye to the entire program.

Listening has been representing my husband since May 14th to current date July 19th he has missed three court dates he is talk to his client once and was staring at the ceiling the whole time and was not making any sense and had two different stories from my husband and one for me separate conversati...ons best interest at heart and seems to be going through the motions are rescheduling he does not follow through on his own suggestions of please and bargains through the court end of the opposite of what he says he will do when he's talking to his clients this man needs to be tested for mentally evaluate you will not look at my husband to the whole conversation it's lost doesn't remember what case is about or what he suggested prior to court I am done incompetent to represent my husband and very concerned
