THe insurance company would not settle this simple auto accident. My client was injured when the defendant crossed over the center lines and struck my client's car head-on. Defendant claimed my client ... not paying attention and wasn't injured. We kicked their butt and the jury agreed with me and my client. We won maximum money for his injuries.
